Autonomy Builders is an evidence based, this 4 Level workshop is adaptable for different age groups, with tailored presentations to match each stage of development. Each week, we focus on a different aspect of autonomy personal, academic, and social with a final showcase project that lets students put their new skills into action.

What Your Child Will Learn:

• Personal Autonomy: Making healthy everyday choices, planning routines, and managing screen time

• Academic Autonomy: Setting goals, choosing learning strategies, and tracking progress

• Social Autonomy: Solving conflicts respectfully, using I statements, and asking for help when needed

• Capstone Project: Designing and completing a micro project of their choice to practice independence

Workshop Structure:

• Format: 4 Levels × 3 hours (in-person)

• Method: Mini lessons, small group teamwork, individual reflection

• For Ages: 8-18 (activities differentiated by age group)

• Materials Provided: Choice boards, project templates, reflection cards, and certificates
